Is Eobard Thawne and Zoom the same person?
In the comics, the Reverse-Flash is also commonly referred to as “Professor Zoom,” or simply “Zoom.” And in some comics, Eobard Thawne is the Reverse-Flash and in others he's Zoom.
Yeah. They've met a couple of times. Zoom or Hunter Zolomon, was heavily inspired by Professor Zoom, also famously known as Reverse-Flash and Eobard Thawne, and sees him as a twisted role model. They orchestrated a plan in Rebirth.
Zoom is faster, hands down MUCH faster. Zooms speed was calculated at mach 8.2 when hes NOT pushing himself, Thawne speed was calculated at mach 3.6…
In the comics, Professor Zoom is basically the Reverse Flash for Wally West, the way Eobard Thawne was for Barry Allen. Thus, they wore the same reverse of the Flash's costume.
Eobard Thawne found a time capsule in the 25th century containing a costume of the Flash (Barry Allen) and with a Tachyon device amplified the suit's speed energy, giving himself speedster abilities. Reversing the costume's colors, he adopted the moniker of "Professor Zoom the Reverse-Flash" and went on a crime spree.
"With Reverse-Flash, he had the red eyes and he always had a constant vibration, so we didn't want to do any of that with Zoom," Kevorkian said. "So we went with the exact opposite. We gave him these black, dead eyes and then that constant blue lightening that is the Speed Force emanating from him."
In Barry's (Grant Gustin) bid to prevent Zoom (Teddy Sears) from destroying the multi-verse, the scarlet speedster created a time remnant of himself, which had the bonus of attracting Time Wraiths, who appeared to transform Zoom into the Black Flash.
Created by Geoff Johns and Scott Kolins, Hunter Zolomon made his debut in The Flash: Secret Files & Origins #3 in November 2001. He first appeared as Zoom in The Flash (vol. 2) #197 in June 2003.
Why are Thawne's eyes red? Electrokinesis: Thawne was able to generate the electrical energy drawn from the Speed Force. He emitted both red and black lightning when he used any of his powers. This also caused his eyes to glow bright red.
Wally West is the Fastest Flash and is arguably the fastest being that has ever existed, as said by Max Mercury—and it has been remarked that Wally and Barry are the only two speedsters that were fast enough to even outrun death itself.
What is the strongest version of Reverse-Flash?
Zoom. As with the Flash, there are different versions of the Reverse Flash as well. One of the most powerful is Zoom. Zoom showed up as the primary antagonist to the Wally West version of The Flash, debuting in The Flash Secret Files and Origins #3 2001.
3. Savitar - Barry was the only speedster fast enough to beat Savitar. Eobard could beat him too as he is from the future (and knows everything) and the Negative Force (His powers) mimic the Speed Force (Barry's powers). Savitar is also self proclaimed, “the God of Speed”.

With Barry's new powers and team of scientists, he becomes "The Flash" and helps fight crime and protects Central City. In Season 3, Legacy built the practical suit used for the season's big bad, Savitar.
ZOOM NEVER SAID HE CAN'T MAKE A SPEED MIRAGE, HE SAID HE COULDN'T MAKE ONE ON TWO EARTHS SIMULTANEOUSLY. THE REVERSE FLASH IS NOT FASTER THAN HIM, AND IS ACTUALLY PROBABLY THE SLOWEST SPEEDSTER AT THIS POINT.
Third suit
After Thawne was resurrected, the other three Negative Forces forcibly transformed him and gifted him with a new suit. This new suit has a black color scheme, and the chest symbol is a reversed yellow lightning bolt. The suit also features armor plating.
"Zoom's identity has been revealed: He is Hunter Zolomon, a.k.a Jay Garrick," executive producer Andrew Kreisberg tells EW.
Barry chases after Zoom, now faster than him, and is able to beat him up. However Zoom manages to create a time remnant, which is what Barry ends up catching instead. While Barry is moments away from killing Zoom's time remnant, the real Zoom appears and kills the remnant himself.
Superhuman Reflexes: Due to his slow perception of time, Zoom is capable of easily reacting to danger and events. He was able to effortlessly block multiple punches thrown by the Flash at super-speed. Superhuman Durability: Zoom is far more durable than any normal human.
He is an unhinged serial killer from Earth-2 who became a metahuman speedster after being affected by dark matter from the particle accelerator explosion during his electroshock therapy treatment, leading to him becoming a notorious supervillain who terrorized Central City and pretended to be "The Flash" of his Earth ...
Jay Garrick is a false identity. Jay's real name is Hunter Zolomon, who isn't some schlub on Earth-1, but a notorious serial killer on Earth-2. Zolomon was orphaned after his father (inexplicably wearing Jay's Earth-2 Flash costume, complete with the goofy helmet) murders his mother — or so we're led to believe.
What is Reverse-Flash weakness?
What's reverse flash's weakness? Weaknesses: Anti-speedster weapons. Nanites can slow him down for a short amount of time. If he isn't careful, he can end up changing his own past while time travelling, or being captured by a Time Wraith.
Zoom has blue lightning because he took a speed drug, and his connection to the Reverse Speed Force was damaged, turning his lightning blue.
Upon being attacked by the wraiths, Zoom decays and is then abducted by the Wraiths who drag him into the speed force. Zoom later appears as an enforcer of the speed force's rules himself. Another Time Wraith is encountered when Barry enters the Speed Force to save Wally West.
Thawne also changed his lightning color due to the Negative Speed Force. While Zoom was due to Velocity. This artificial speed force might change the color, but it's probably just going to stay the same.
Cisco Webex
Cisco Webex is one of the most well-known Zoom alternatives, offering both standalone video meeting and phone system tools as well as an integrated calling, messaging, and meeting Webex App.
Following the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator explosion, Hunter was affected during electroshock therapy by the dark matter emitted, giving him superhuman speed and various other abilities derived from it. Following this, he escaped and began acting as the supervillain known as Zoom, stylized as the Speed Demon.

Like other speedsters, Godspeed can run up to 10 times the speed of light by entering the Speed Force.
Jay Garrick was the first speedster in DC Comics. While in his original depiction, Jay could not even break the sound barrier, he's become one of the fastest speedsters in all the comics.
Barry's younger self taking over his armor. It is possible for a speedster from the outside to phase into the armor and force out the previous bearer in the armor just as Barry was able to eject his time remnant out, resulting in the blue light coming from the suit turned red.
Why is Savitar's lightning white?
White: White lightning is generated by the self-proclaimed "god of speed" Savitar, who is actually a time remnant of Barry Allen. It is a result of his lightning reflecting through his armor when he runs while wearing it. It is also generated by August Heart after using a combination of tachyons and Velocity-9.
As a time remnant, he was originally just as well-meaning, benevolent and heroic as his other counterparts. Upon being driven away from his friends and family, derided as a "disposable life", he decided to cope with his anguish and rage by becoming the very monster that ruined his life: Savitar.

While Eobard Thawne is the fastest villain Flash has ever faced, Black Flash is the fastest speedster of all time. This being is Death for anyone who possesses the power of the Speed Force. When he shows up, someone is about to die, as seen in the cases of Barry Allen, Johnny Quick, and Bart Allen.
In the second season of DC's Legends of Tomorrow, Hunter reappears as the Black Flash in the episode "The Legion of Doom", chasing after Eobard Thawne and seeking to drag him into the Speed Force; since he was erased from existence in The Flash but brought back to the timeline in Season 3, he should not exist.
In the comics, the Reverse-Flash is also commonly referred to as “Professor Zoom,” or simply “Zoom.” And in some comics, Eobard Thawne is the Reverse-Flash and in others he's Zoom.

Hunter Zolomon (also known as Zoom) first appeared in The Flash: Secret Files & Origins #3 (November 2001). The archenemy of Wally West, he is the second supervillain to be called the Reverse-Flash.
With his ability to travel through time, he can strike at any moment in Barry's life. Furthermore, with how often he is seen battling the Flash, it makes sense that he would be incredibly skilled.

Wally West is the Fastest Flash, being even faster than Barry Allen. He has been confirmed to be the fastest being in the entire DC Multiverse. While most to all speedsters can make a connection and draw upon this force, Wally "mainlines" power from the Speed Force itself and cannot be cut off from the source.
